In order to achieve this management principle, we have established a "Declaration of Compliance" and the "P ARK Group Corporate Code of Conduct," which pertain to all employees. Through these, which form the foundation of all the P ARK Group's corporate activities, we pledge to be a corporate citizen that is faithful to society and all our stakeholders.
The P ARK Group's CSR is aimed at stable and sustainable growth. However, "stable and sustainable growth" doesn't simply mean that increasing profits is our only goal. We believe that stable growth can only be achieved if a company continues to be needed by society, continues to create new values, is useful for people in ways that don't lead directly to profits, and carries out its business in consideration of the future of Japan and the planet.

Profits must not be gained without satisfying our customers. We will continue to create exciting experiences for our customers. In the pursuit of customer satisfaction, we will make sure that our products are fun and exciting to play. This is the raison d'etre of the P ARK Group and the mission of every single employee.
