  • Established

  • The "P ARK Vision" is announced and launched.
1990
  • P ARK Mizonokuchi is opened as a next-generation pachinko business model (the first parlor to introduce prepaid cards).
  • Starts operating as an "entertainment business offering customers a fun time."
1991
  • The trade name is changed to P ARK CO., LTD.
1993
  • P ARK Sagamihara, a large complex, is opened. This begins the industry's first experiment in the shared use (multi-purpose use) of prepaid cards with tenants from other industries.
  • The company undertakes a third-party allocation of new shares to expand its parlor network and improve its financial standing. Raises 2,388 million yen in capital.
  • Representative Director Masahide Shoji receives the "Entrepreneur Grand Prize" from the Tokyo New Business Conference (NBC).
1994
  • The company issues 16 million Swiss francs' worth of corporate bonds (approx. 1,232 million yen).
  • The company issues 10 million deutschmarks' worth of corporate bonds (approx. 650 million yen).
1995
  • P ARK Ginza, a parlor with an Internet café, is opened at Ginza 5-chome as the model of an urban pachinko business.
  • Becomes the first pachinko parlor to launch a website (domain name: "pachinko.co.jp").
1998
  • Sales departments are reorganized into eight companies, with significant authority transferred to them, and the responsibilities of the companies are established.
1999
  • A corporate officer system is introduced as part of the company system.
  • P's Maintenance Co., Ltd. is established as a strategic subsidiary.
2000
  • D-NA NET WORK CO., LTD. is established as a strategic subsidiary.
2001
  • P's Food Co., Ltd. is established as a strategic subsidiary.
  • P ARK's first slot parlor, P ARK WEST (SLOTCLUB@19) is opened as a business model exclusively for mobile strategies.
2002
  • The "P ARK Entertainment Declaration" is announced at all parlors, making it the company's mission to evolve from "Providing Leisure" to "Providing Pleasure and Excitement"
  • The company acquires the shares of Sun Power Co., Ltd. (which operates five parlors with 2,259 machines)
  • Ark-Front, INC. is established as a strategic subsidiary.
  • ENTERTAINMENT STUDIO P ARK (a complex combining four different business categories) is opened. P ARK's first female parlor manager is appointed.
  • P ARK Oyumino, P ARK's first parlor with a large multistory parking lot, is opened.
2003
  • "Entertainment Declaration 2" is launched. Two plans are announced: the "Plan to Double the Fun (Provide Pleasure and Excitement)" and the "Plan to Double Customer Satisfaction (CS)."
  • P ARK Ginza NEO is opened as an index-style pachinko parlor.
2004
  • The company undergoes a split and shifts to a holding company system.
  • Ark Shared Co., Ltd., Delight Communications INC. and Entertainment Pachinko Research Institute Co., Ltd. are established as strategic subsidiaries.
2005
  • P ARK Motoyawata is opened, whose mission is to work with all the buildings in front of the station.
  • P ARK Mita is opened, the first P ARK parlor to be located on a shopping street in front of a Yamanote Circle Line station.
2006
  • The trade name is changed to P ARK HOLDINGS CO., LTD..
  • Trial operation of "Ichipachi" 1-yen pachinko (1 yen charged per ball loaned for play) is started at P ARK Mita.
2007
  • The "GINZA WORKPLACE" is opened.
  • The "Anti-Pachinko Declaration," solutions suggested for such complaints as "It's smoky," "It's noisy," and "It's incomprehensible" is started at P ARK Ginza.
2008
  • i-café P ARK Takenotsuka is opened on the 5th floor of ENTERTAINMENT STUDIO P ARK.
  • THE GAME PARK GREEN CITY Kawaguchi is opened on the 2nd floor of P ARK GREEN CITY Kawaguchi.
  • The head office is moved from Takenotuka, Adachi-ku to Ginza, Chuo-ku.
2009
  • The trade name of the company's strategic subsidiary, P's Food Co., Ltd., is changed to Alpha Dog Company Co., Ltd.
2010
  • The company starts airing TV commercials.
2011
  • The trade name of the company's strategic subsidiary, Entertainment Pachinko Research Institute Co., Ltd., is changed to Enter 'P' Ment Co., Ltd.
2012
  • The company acquires the shares of La Festa Co., Ltd. (which operates seven parlors with 2,466 machines).
2013
  • A compound type model "P-kun Plaza" establishes it as a challenge to Machi Naka Pachinko.
2014
  • Trust model shop "P ARK P-kun Garden" opened for development along with the region.
2017
  • The company acquires the shares of NEOPARIS Co.,Ltd. (which operates two parlors with 693 machines).
  • P-KUN CAFE is opend.
2018
  • The company acquires the shares of PASSAGE Aile Co.,Ltd. (which operates one parlors with 220 machines).
